I've led People work and AI implementation at Tier 11, and co-founded SuperHired. My background includes infantry leadership, paid media and a Master’s in Strategic Human Resource Management. I bring that experience to your work.

Before we start
Do I need to complete the course first?
You can start mentorship now. Once the course launches, completing it will be required first.
What does it cost?
Your proposal sets out the fee, calls, outcomes, support dates, response times, scheduling and cancellation terms. Software costs are separate and agreed first. Larger software builds, migrations and specialist legal advice need a separate scope.
What happens when I apply?
We start with a free 30-minute call. If we both see a fit, I send a proposal. There’s no commitment to pay.
What if I already have an AI People Brain?
We build from your starting point. That might mean improving your context, playbooks, tool setup, discovery or a workflow you already use. You don't need to start again.
Can I use confidential work?
Only with permission and approved tools. We can practise with fictional examples. Sensitive material stays in an agreed private space, not the group.
Can I continue afterwards?
Ongoing coaching is optional and quoted separately. Group learning starts when at least two mentees participate. Confidential work stays in an agreed private space. There is no automatic ongoing enrolment.
Will calls become course material?
Recording calls or using your identifiable material requires separate consent. You do not need to appear in a course.
